Winter Deep Rest is a blend of gentle movement, stillness and care – a space to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.

Whether you're a mum, a carer, or someone who holds space for others in your life – this time is for you.

What to Expect

A nurturing class in the comfort of your own home. Unwind with slow, mindful movement, restorative yoga and guided yoga Nidra - a practice of deep rest - designed for mums, carers, and anyone holding space for others.

Gentle Movement – soft, grounding yoga to release tension and reconnect with your body


Restorative Yoga – supported, nourishing poses designed to restore the body and soothe the nervous system

Yoga Nidra – a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating guided practice that taps into deeper layers of our minds and bodies.

*Everything is offered at a slow, spacious pace – with no experience needed. You’ll be held in a calm, welcoming space where you can simply be.

Hi, for those who don’t know me, I am Kerstin. I teach nervous system regulation to moms, caregivers and teenagers.

And in this space I am here for moms and caregivers to find space to pause, breathe and unwind in a genlte way.
