These sessions offer a calm, inclusive space for families, parents, children and teens to gently reconnect with themselves, ease stress and build emotional balance.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, study pressure, busy home life, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed — we work together using movement, breathwork and mindfulness to bring the nervous system back into balance.

Every session is tailored, compassionate and grounded in evidence-based wellbeing tools suitable for all backgrounds, identities and life experiences.

I’m Kerstin, a yoga and mindfulness educator supporting children, teens, parents and families to build emotional balance, calm and confidence. I use movement, breathwork and mindfulness to help young people navigate study pressure, anxiety and overwhelm, and to help families create a more grounded, connected home environment.

What happens in a session

Each session is responsive to what you need that day. We may use:

  • movement to release tension

  • breathwork to calm the nervous system

  • mindfulness to steady the mind

  • grounding techniques for immediate relief

  • rest practices to support deep relaxation

  • reflective practices for clarity and emotional awareness

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use anytime — before school, during study, in moments of stress, or at night when the mind feels busy.

Family sessions are ideal if you’d like to learn tools together, improve communication and create a calmer home environment.

Sessions are generally 60 minutes. For younger children shorter sessions can be arranged as well.

Packs can be used weekly, fortnightly or at your own pace.

Support for Teens

Young people often prefer learning tools that work quickly and don’t require them to talk at length. These sessions offer:

  • fast, effective grounding tools

  • simple breathing sequences for study or exam days

  • accessible movement to release stress

  • a non-judgemental space where they can be themselves

  • practical ways to handle overload, worry or restlessness

  • Children, teens, parents and families of all backgrounds and identities. Sessions are adaptable, sensory-aware and supportive of neurodivergent needs.

  • Sessions are gentle, invitational and tailored. There is no pressure to talk, perform or participate in any specific way.

  • Yes — you’ll receive simple, practical strategies to support calm, focus and emotional balance between sessions.

  • In person (location-specific) or online via Zoom.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations under 24 hours or missed sessions are charged at the full rate.

  • Yes, 60 minute classes are suitable for kids from age 10 and up. For children younger than 10 I recommend shorter sessions. This can be discussed prior booking.
