What is Calm Exam Online?

Calm Exam is a 6-week online wellbeing program designed specifically for senior high school students.

Delivered through guided video sessions, downloadable resources, and a student journal, it gives teens short, practical, science-backed tools to manage exam stress, regulate emotions, and perform at their best—without burnout.

Hi, I’m Kerstin.

I help teens and young adults stay grounded and trust themselves—so they can show up with calm focus and confidence during exam time and beyond.

Over the past five years, I’ve shared this work with many students, parents, and teachers through yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing programs. I currently teach teens at our local high school, where the Calm Exam program has already shown wonderful results.

As a mum of two teenage boys, I understand how challenging these years can be—for both students and parents. That’s why I make mindfulness and movement simple, practical, and accessible—so your teen can actually use the tools when they need them most.

  • Experience: 5+ years teaching yoga and mindfulness to teens, kids, and educators

  • Professional training: Qualified Teen Yoga Teacher and Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Australia)

  • Further study: Trained with YogaED (now Breathe for Change), YogaZeit, and the Wisdom Yoga Institute (Perth, WA), specialising in trauma-informed, inclusive, and age-appropriate practices

  • Mindfulness education: Completed the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program, and trained in restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and mindful meditation

  • Current study: Ongoing training with TeenYoga.org to deepen my understanding of adolescent wellbeing. Calm Coach with Inspired Kids Yoga

  • Passion: I believe in the power of movement, mindfulness, and rest to support not just teens, but parents, carers, and teachers too.
