Hi, I’m Kerstin,
I help students build calm, focus, and confidence so they can handle exam time — and everyday life — with more ease and self-trust.
Over the past five years, I’ve shared this work with students, parents, and teachers through yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing programs. I currently teach at local high schools, where the Calm Exam approach has already helped students feel calmer, sleep better, and focus more effectively.
As a mum of two teenage boys, I understand how real the pressure can feel — for both students and parents. That’s why I keep mindfulness and movement simple, practical, and realistic — so you can actually use these tools when you need them most.
