How to use this course. The course is divided in different sections and you can either follow it week by week or you can choose the practices as you need them. If you are new to yoga, I recommend starting with week 1 and follow the weekly structure or do the full practices and then choose what you need from there.
Practices
Full practice week 1 - 6
Releasing tension in neck and shoulders:
A practice for when you have been sitting for a long time while studying, in school or in your exam. You can use this practice as a brain break during long periods of sitting, before, after or during exam, or whenever you feel a little tight in your upper body.
The practice is done on a chair.
A practice when feeling stressed or anxious
This practice can help you calm your nervous system, with grounding breathing techniques, movement and stretches to help the body release stress.
When you feel low and unmotivated
This practice can help you calm your nervous system, with grounding breathing techniques, movement and stretches to help the body release stress.
