After a full April and a busy return to routine, I found myself struggling to get back to my usual rhythm — feeling behind, low on energy, and even avoiding the practices I know support me.
So instead of trying to get back on track in a big way, I decided to start small. A short practice each morning — a stretch, a breath, a pause — just enough to begin again.
And this is your invitation to join me.
What it is:
A casual, supportive space for gentle morning practice – movement, breath, and stillness to begin your day with intention and ease.
