After a full April and a busy return to routine, I found myself struggling to get back to my usual rhythm — feeling behind, low on energy, and even avoiding the practices I know support me.

So instead of trying to get back on track in a big way, I decided to start small. A short practice each morning — a stretch, a breath, a pause — just enough to begin again.

And this is your invitation to join me.

What it is:

A casual, supportive space for gentle morning practice – movement, breath, and stillness to begin your day with intention and ease.

  • 20–30 mins

  • Online via Zoom

  • 6am (AWST), weekdays

  • Come as you are – pyjamas welcome
    No pressure, no sign-up forms, no charge

Who it’s for:

Parents, carers, educators, or anyone feeling tired, stretched, or a bit off-centre.
You don’t need to be “flexible” or “fit” — just willing to show up as you are.
