Would you like to feel deeply rested and relaxed? But you feel tired, exhausted and stressed? Would you like to feel energized and awake with a clear mind? But you feel anxious and overwhelmed by your daily demands. Do you struggle to sleep or get good quality sleep and longing to have a restful night?

Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra are practices to allow your mind and body to deeply rest, heal and rejuvenate.

Often, we tent to give to everyone but ourselves ending up in exhaustion, frustration and resentment.

And while it would be nice if someone would take care of us, it is our own responsibility to make sure we are meeting our own needs or getting our own needs met.

Take some time out for yourself and embark on a journey of deep rest.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are deeper forms of relaxation, a practice of non-doing, resting the body and the mind, and can be practiced by anyone.

In restorative yoga all shapes and are fully supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets and held for longer periods of time.

Yoga Nidra is an exploration within that will guide you from waking awareness to deep relaxation.

It’s an invitation to receive – to rest, soften, and come back home to yourself.

Rested we are ready for the world, but not held hostage by it,

rested we care again for the right things and the right people in the right way.
